索尼旗下的银幕珍宝公司（Screen Gems）将为吸血鬼题材影片《黑夜传说》（Underworld）拍摄第四部，这次他们将采用现在流行的3D立体电影形式。
《黑夜传说》系列说的是吸血鬼和狼人两大家族的恩恩怨怨，前两部女主角由凯特·贝金赛（Kate Beckinsale）扮演，第三集换成了知名度不高的罗拉·迈特拉（Rhona Mitra）。到目前为止《黑夜传说3》全球票房只有9110万美元。
《黑夜传说4》预计会于2011年1月21日上映，不过是会继续让罗拉·迈特拉接着演，还是把凯特·贝金赛请回来，现在还不得而知。
